Refund policy
We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
1. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we issue a refund.
2. Refunds are made by transfer to the buyer's card account, not later than 7-10 business days from the date of receipt by the seller of the returned goods and confirmation of compliance by the buyer with the terms of return of the goods.
3. When refunding funds to the buyer's bank card, the period of receipt of funds to the buyer's account may depend on the policy of the bank institution that issued the card.
