Shipping policy
Delivery in Ukraine:
1. Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta to the branch or address. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer upon receipt according to the carrier's tariffs. When placing an order by cash on delivery, in case of refusal of the goods upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch, all costs associated with the return of the parcel are borne by the buyer, unless the goods arrived in error or of inadequate quality (with a manufacturing defect).
Order processing: we need 1-3 days to process the order and prepare it for shipment. We process orders from Monday to Friday (we do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday).
We do not deliver to Russia and Belarus!
International shipping:
1. Deliveries are made by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, EMS and DHL to any country in the world.
2. You can place an order on the website or through a request in Instagram Direct / Viber / Telegram
3. The customer pays the delivery cost immediately upon placing the order according to the carrier's tariffs.
The term of standard postal delivery by Ukrposhta varies depending on the country. On average, delivery takes 12-15 business days. The final cost of delivery depends directly on the volume and actual weight of the order.
