Payment: 100% upfront.

Processing: Orders are prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment is received (subject to product availability).

Payment confirmation: Payment is considered confirmed once we receive the payment receipt.

Shipping & returns: Delivery, as well as any returns or exchanges, are at the customer’s expense.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

You must notify us of your intent within 2 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
